Q: Why isn't my sorority available?
A: Most likely, the Greek Organization did not approve the design and we are unable to offer it.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want to be sure you're satisfied with our order, which is custom-made especially for you. If your order is wrong or you're not happy with the print, our Customer Experience Team will gladly replace, exchange or refund within 60 days. We are experiencing unforeseen order delays due to supply chain issues. We cannot currently guarantee an arrival date & we are unable to refund you if your order doesn't arrive in time for an event. We are doing our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. Q: My item is damaged (or not what I ordered), what do I do?
A: We would love to get this sorted out for you! If you didn’t receive the product that you ordered (wrong size, color etc.), or if your item arrived damaged, send an email including a photo of the item and your order number to

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Our apparel is made to order. Orders take up to 10-14 business days to arrive. Shipping carriers are experiencing more volume than ever. You may experience unexpected delays from our shipping partners like UPS and USPS. Thank you for your patience.

Q: Why does my order take up to 10-14 business days to arrive? 
A: Once we've received your order, it takes 5-7 business days to produce your goods (that includes ordering the apparel, printing and packaging your order). After your order is produced, it's sent to your shipping partners to get delivered to your door step. The shipping process typically takes 5-7 business days.

Q: My shirt doesn't fit me, what do I do? 
A: We want you to love the fit of your item! If you aren't happy with the fit, please reach out to our Customer Experience team and they'll get it sorted out for you.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Spend $100 and shipping is free! Standard ground shipping is $5.99.

Q: Why does my order have separate shipments?
A: To deliver your order as fast as possible, you may receive two different shipments if you ordered more than one item.
