Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want to be sure you're satisfied with our order, which is custom-made especially for you. If your order is wrong or you're not happy with the print, our Customer Experience Team will gladly replace, exchange or refund any items free of charge within 30 days. Q: My item is damaged (or not what I ordered), what do I do?
A: We would love to get this sorted out for you! If you didn’t receive the product that you ordered (wrong size, color etc.), or if your item arrived damaged, send an email including a photo of the item and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: UXU apparel is made to order. Your order will be produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please be advised that this is the ship date and not the delivery date. Transit time is an additional 5-7 days.
Q: My shirt doesn't fit me, what do I do?
A: We want you to love the fit of your item! If you aren't happy with the fit, please reach out to our Customer Experience team and they'll get it sorted out for you.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Spend $75 and shipping is free! Standard ground shipping is $6.99 and expedited shipping is $16.99
Q: Can I order for my whole chapter/organization?
A: If you're ordering more than 9 pieces, reach out to your Campus Manager to start an order. If you don't have a Campus Manager on your campus, reach out to email@example.com
Q: I have a promo code, does it work on universitytees.com?
A: No, unfortunately promo codes only work at uxutees.com
Q: Why does my order have separate shipments?
A: To deliver your order as fast as possible, you may receive two different shipments if you ordered more than one item.

A: Each product description has a size chart to assist in finding your perfect fit!
